I am restoring a 1973 Porsche 914. It had been sitting for years but was still drivable. When I purchased it, the owner had already stripped and painted it. He removed the engine for me prior to delivering it. I am replacing the internal combustion engine (ICE) with a Netgain Warp 9 43HP/32KW electric motor powered by 40-3.2V (128V) LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) batteries. She should be able to do 85mph and have a 80-120 mile range on a single charge depending on driving habits.

Moving right along! That is too cool that you found a 1980s Mexico Map! Makes ya wonder where that car has been huh?
I'm getting ready to start an overhaul on a 914, so glad I found your blog! I am bookmarking for future reference... Good luck on finishing yours, and hopefully mine won't throw me any curves!
